Our medium-roasted blend of Castillo and Caturra beans comes from 1,900 meters above sea level in the mountains of Huila, Colombia. The high-altitude environment and unique microclimate produce a coffee with delicate sweetness, a fresh, gentle acidity, and a smooth, balanced body. This single origin coffee meets the highest standards of quality, delivering an authentic, refined flavor experience for true coffee enthusiasts. 


Scoring 82–83.5 points in cupping, our coffee stands out as specialty grade.

  • Keep the coffeebeans in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Seal the package tightly to maintain freshness.

  • Grind the coffee beans just before use. Use filtered water and adjust the grind size for your brewing method (espresso, filter, French press). Guideline: 60 g coffee per liter of water. Use water at around 90–95 °C for optimal flavor.
