Coffee products may vary depending on the harvest.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, such as stock shortages.

 

5. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Payment can be made via the payment methods available on the website.

Payment must be made in full before an order is shipped.

 

6. Delivery and shipping costs

Shipping costs and delivery times are as stated in our shipping policy.

We strive for timely delivery, but are not liable for delays caused by external carriers.

 

7. Right of withdrawal / return policy

Due to the nature of our products (fresh coffee) there is no right of withdrawal.

Returns are only possible if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Delivery issues must be reported within 7 days via info@cositalindacoffee.com

 

8. Liability

Cosita Linda Coffee is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of products or external factors such as delivery.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.
