At Cosita Linda Coffee, we strive for 100% satisfaction with our products. However, due to the nature of our products (fresh coffee), our refund policy applies under specific conditions.

 

2. No refunds for standard orders

Fresh coffee orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a problem with the product.

We do not accept cancellations of orders after they have been confirmed and processed.

 

3. When you are entitled to a refund


You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

The received product was damaged during transport.

The wrong product was delivered.There is a quality problem that does not match the description on our website.

5. Processing of refunds

We will review your request and contact you as soon as possible.

If your request is approved, you will receive a replacement product or a refund of the purchase price, depending on the situation.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and processed within 7 business days of approval.
