We deliver our coffee within Belgium and the Netherlands. For deliveries to other countries, please contact cositalindacoffee@gmail.com for availability and shipping costs.

 

2. Shipping costs

Orders within Belgium: [€5,8 per order]

Orders within the Netherlands: [ €5.8 per order]

Free shipping on orders over [ €75]

 

3. Processing and delivery time

Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.

Delivery within Belgium: usually 2–5 working days.

Delivery within the Netherlands: usually 3–7 working days.

Possible delays due to external carriers or holidays may occur.

 

4. Packaging and quality

All our coffee is carefully packaged to ensure freshness and quality.

You will receive your order in sturdy, protective packaging.

 

5. Track & Trace

After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with any tracking information (if available).

 

6. Delivery problems

7. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (fresh coffee), we do not accept returns unless there was an error on our end or the product arrived damaged.
